Impossible to find a decent online brokerage in Canada

I trade maybe 3-10 a month. All of the big brokerages (td waterhouse, bmo, scotiabank, rbc)here charge $29.99 per trade if you don't do 30 trades a month which I fall into, which I am paying right now, yea I know its a rip off. I'm with TD Waterhouse now, which is the canadian version of...

    Is BBI the next SIRI?

Jesus this stock has literally tanked. I think it's going to hit around 0.15 before it slowly climbs back up. I sold my entire block.

    Is BBI the next SIRI?

Delta, what range do you think the earnings need to be for the stock to go up or stay where it is? What range would it be to break the stock way down? Is there only 2 things that could happen on the earnings day, either it goes up or down or is there more ? And what time exactly do they...

    Is BBI the next SIRI?

DeltaSpread, I'm curious, how big of a stake if any are you holding in BBI? A stop loss wouldn't help with BBI if I'm correct as the stock will drop too fast if in fact the 11 happens?

    Is BBI the next SIRI?

*Edit to my above post That's if I make profit, not saying I'm guaranteed to make profit, I don't want the stock to plummet and I look like an idiot.

    Is BBI the next SIRI?

Good replies, but lets remember that BBI does get all the new releases for a full 28 days before other companies which forces people to go to BBI. They've now added the feature of a customer getting the movie in the mail and then have the option to either go to the store to return it or mail it...

    Is BBI the next SIRI?

Imagine, if you bought SIRI at .10 and sold now. Easy 500k banked. What are your opinions on BBI? The magical day is 13 of May when they report for the quarter... do you think this will be another SIRI or is it Chapter 11 for BBI?

What books shaped your trading mind?

Wow, some of you are really bashing nutmeg. The quote he put is from the Great Schopenhauer, he is not saying 'not to read because then you don't think for yourself', all he is saying (if you've read his work), is that reading shouldn't be a substitute for your own thoughts and ideas. He is...

Best broker to trade with in Canada? (Paying $29.99 per trade right now with TD)

I am literally getting hoarded by TD Waterhouse which charges you $29.99 when you buy, and $29.99 when you sell, it is ridiculous. I am looking for a much more inexpensive broker but it still needs to be good, any recommendations? (Remember I'm from CANADA) Thanks.
