Hi Quah, I guess what I mean by overtrading is a state where you ignore your predetermined rules, and the trading gets out of hand because your chasing everything that's moves. Also it could be tha case that you start the trading day negative, and trying to get even, by trading more and more...

Sarasota, thanks for the encouragement. I do belive it's beginners luck. My trading plan for trading the ES are pretty loose as of now, but one limit is definitely max 10 RTs. I which I would know when to hold on to those long runs, which gives you the large $$$ profits. Any suggestions? /JT
