I don't know about Spain but usually its not only about where the company is resident, but also where the company is controlled/managed from... So if you are planning/executing trades from Spain, you should be taxed in Spain... Or are the tax laws different? Some links to resources would be...

Their website suggests they cater to prop firms... Chances are margin ratios would be more favorable for institutional clients. Wanting to know who those prop firms are...

There are a number of equity or futures-only prop shops that are franchiseable (E.g. Swift / Title). Are there any about that provide access to a multitude of exchanges and products? E.g Equities, Fixed-income and forex, etc...? Thank you.

I'd trade it live now, but due to my line of work, it poses too many conflicts and compliance would go balistic. If I know there are reputable prop shops I could tap into, I'd happliy leave my job and trade it live.
