I've been trading with Dukascopy for couple of years now. I have got accounts with both EU and Swiss subsidiaries. While on EU branch applies ESMA rules and so limited leverage 1:30/1:20, Swiss branch offers 1:100 which is sufficient (1:30 over the weekend).
Technically speaking I do like JForex platform and Java API it provides. It's very flexible and customizable. Seasoned Java programmer can build complex strategies and UIs on top of it.
