why did you say RFN is up today? please check yahoo and google finance, both sites indicate RFN went down more than 40%.

RFN is an ETF, 2x ultra short of financial sector. when the financial sector does not go up as large as 5% today, why did RFN price fall 50% so much? it is very confusing.

HI, My brother, who is not a resident of USA, has added me as the second user of his account with IB. Since I am a resident of USA, I wonder if I have to assume any tax liability. i.e., do i need to report to IRS, or do i have to pay tax if there are gains in his account? many thanks.

QID and QQQQ moves in opposite direction. theoretically QID should move two time as fast as QQQQ. Nevertheless, in recent days, QID just moved at the same pace as QQQQ. Anyone has idea why this should happen?
