I would consider my system pretty simple compared to what I've seen others talked about. I read in a few places that a simple system can be better because it works across more market scenarios but it's just something I read so I take it with a grain of salt.

I can only backrest back 5 years...but there's at least 100 trades a year. My return also increases every year....not sure if this is because of the gradual increase of computerized trading.

You wouldnt see a trade for my number of shares on the one minute chart because I was in the open auction. You see the total shares in the open auction hit at one price for all shares. Net order imbalance info is provided by Nasdaq for you to see the orders pending within the open auction 2...

Thats difficult to backtest/ program because previous day's liquidity doesnt usually reflect the current days. So I could say only trade stocks that did x yesterday at x volume but the next day that stock's volume could be 1/10th of the previous day's.

I read once that you could give someone a proven profitable trading system and 99% of people would still lose money. I can see exactly why here. Some of you continue to get stuck on the limit orders so I dont get a bad fill...aka a price lower than would you would want to buy at. This thought...

Just MOO order...and yes what I was saying earlier is that I did indeed get the open price it was just some unique price action that made it look weird and Im ok with that.
