    Most reliable APIs

First, if all you need is to send your fills to your clearer, why not use the TT FIX Drop Copy? Second, have a look at TT's latest API - TT API. It's much more scalable than the X_TRADER API. See developer.tradingtechnologies.com. I've been using it for a little while now and it is much...

Greece Passes Property-Tax Law, Clearing a Path for Additional Aid

It's not a default, it's an orderly restructuring. And the press is confused. Now about that bridge... :D

    Safe Areas in Chicago?

Like every big city, there are good areas and there are not-so-good areas (except for Detroit). In terms of where to live, it depends upon what you want. If you want a tree-lined family neighborhood, check out the NW-Side. If you want lots of hip bars and restaurants, check out Lincoln Park...

    German Nuclear Plants to Close.

I assume that you're speaking of nuclear FISSION. I agree that it's incredibly dirty. However, nuclear FUSION is a much more likely candidate for providing the energy needs of the future. Now all we need is to actually stop killing all of the funding for nuclear FUSION research.

NinjaTrader with Trading Technolgies does not support Brent ICE futures contract.

I asked Ray/TT about this a while back too. ICE is not a different API. The underlying issue is that NT does not support the G1 account type and ICE requires all trades to be give-ups. Seems like a pretty trivial change on NT. I ended up writing my own app to talk to TT since I wanted access...

Merkel tells collapsing Ireland to accept German hegemony.

The following from John Mauldin's Weekly E-Letter captures the essence of the problem: "During a debate on Tuesday in the Parliament, Prime Minister Cowen said ... " '... If this country and this parliament fails to make the necessary adjustments, then we put at risk the funding of the...

    Anybody using TT API?

Connect directly to the TT FIX Adapter (http://www.tradingtechnologies.com/fix-adapter.aspx). Use a free FIX engine such as QuickFIX (http://www.quickfixengine.org/) or something like Cameron if you want a commercial solution. No muss, no fuss, fast (turn coalescing off), reliable, etc...

Good broker for automated futures and options trading?

So then if Ninja can handle the full feed from Zenfire, why can't Ninja handle the full feed from TT? This is very strange. Can someone please explain this?

Good broker for automated futures and options trading?

So if you need to set TT to coalesce market data (bid/ask) at 100 millisecond intervals in order for Ninja to work properly, then I'm assuming that Zenfire is also coalesced for Ninja?

Good broker for automated futures and options trading?

Did this data come from X_TRADER or the TT FIX Adapter?

If you have a pro license, you can also use RTD. It's not drag-and-drop but it is faster than DDE. See http://www.tradingtechnologies.com/xtapi-rtd.asp.
