Have you used a market order with IB TWS FX? I never use ,I trade forex future with IB ,very good commisions. but I know somebody have some experience with the slippage of market order to trade with IB TWS FX. IB say that only on the phone ,not on the paper.

pippi436 if the screenshot is the vwap (Volume Weighted Average Price),it is a mere coincidence.because some white lable of currenex have the similar screenshot but not a vwap . I want to find out pros and cons of lcg currenex for an account thanks If the liquidity on IB is better...

The screenshot show the qty is 1,5,10,15.......,that is not a real ecn platform with banks. There should be lcg mark on the currenex screenshot. I think this is not a screenshot of lcg currenex

you maybe need the precise data ,but there are only relative precise data in forex markets.I suggest you can use the price data of ecn platform like currenex , if you like to use prorealtime chart ,you can use it with IG markets for free with currenex level II data .of couse you can also pay...

it is not a good reason that you dont like prorealtime.because there are not alone price for trade in forex markets (not like futuretrade in cme),everybroker will have a "own" price for trade ,even in different ecn platforms at the same time ,there will be about 1~2 spreads. prorealtime chart...

you can try to trade cfd ,brokers:igmarkets,(ftse 250 igg) ,ig use a web platform and itfinace chart. or mf .if you are not a american or they can give you some advise.

I like J-trader platform,J-trader platform usde by rcg,mf adm ect ,see J-trader web.and infinity is ok for me . the commission is close to all brokers about trading online,maybe mf is higher than rcg .

J-trader platform is all right ,I open with infinity (J-trader) for RCG, RCG is a clearing broker . IB is not a clearing broker,so I want to know ____ somebody think that the smart route of TWS will maybe make a slippage ,is that right?
