SEC doesn't have to click there fingers. LLC's are in prevent mode now and don't want a Tuco situation of their own. Most of them (if not all) are getting their guys regis. and doing everything legit now.

What about a LLC is that is a sub of a futures firm, does the SEC have any justrisdiction over a LLC that only trades futures and no equties? Or is futures safe?

I think most of the thought processes are outline in this journal (and ET chat log- which was live at the time), and some of them with charts and explanations. I'm sure if you have any questions that ST hasn't talked about in this journal he would be more than happy to answer it.

The point I was trying to make is that if you are having any issues with intra-bar analysis, just wait until the bar closes before you make a decision. At least do it for your entries, exit's you can be more hawkish
