    Are you outside of the U.S.? Hold and AT both do business there at much lower per share rates, but Hold doesn't accept capital deposits.

    There are a few other prop firms who have international presence. As far as I know, WTS still operates internationally (even though they sold of U.S. business to T3).

    A prop can only trade an IPO once shares hit the secondary market. You can always get the primary delivered into your outside retail brokerage account.
