thank you for trying to help. I did as you say before: do the base order + the condition, but when I want to transmit the order I get the following message: conditional orders are supported only for Limit, Market or Relative orders. so I`m stuck:eek:

hello folks, with IB cant place a conditional stop order. example forex: price now 1.5875 when price is down to 1.5825 automaticly place a buy stop order @ 1.5850..... any broker can do this?:)

tried it on the platform: what a relief not having to search for an other broker!!! maybe the reps need training: "IB does not support its own futures contract. Sorry for the inconvenience." thank you so much for your help:)

Electric, I think its foolish to join the first broker who meets your trading needs. I realize that nothing can be 100% safe, but like trading you`re looking to minimizing risk. and its not as if it is such a big job to research for the best broker available for your needs. once I have...
