Some brokers charge Overnight / "Carrying Fee" E.g. they dont: http://www.variancefutures.com/commissions/ but e.g. IB does in unbundled fee structure... So, what about Advantage Futures? They write: "Minimum annual revenue requirements may apply to traders leaving overnight margined...
