Very much agree. That's something I'll never miss. Getting up at 5am, sitting in traffic all afternoon every fucking day of the year. I'd probably kill myself if I had to do that all my life. What a fucking waste of life. Thank God I discovered stock markets and the opportunities they bring.

Thanks, I tried some other vol calculation mode called "Smile approximation" or whatever it was called and still had the same problem. Never tried the "Fixed volatility" thing, maybe that would fix it. Nontheless I have never used TOS seriously for anything, I lean on either the IB calcs or...

Generally selling OTM verticals is pretty crappy in my experience, much better to buy them IMO. I mean you basically sell an option with low IV and hedge with a higher IV option which will seriously eat into any profits you get. Much better to sell the high IV option and buy the low IV option...

Nice move up. Still only at ~ 8% for the year, which is still way below the target of 12%. Would have to go to around SPY 206 by end of year. All figures approx. So still not too late to load up on the longs.

I've experienced this numerous times with TOS before. I remember contacting their customer support back in christmas 2013 and they were absolutely clueless. By some miracle I managed to convince them that their numbers were in fact wrong, and they said they would "look into it", however I don't...

Closer we get to 2000 the more 2000 will work as a magnet. Buying at like 1990 or so should be one of the most high probability trades to ever exist.

Market will collapse to 1000 tomorrow...2008 will look like a piece of cake. You heard it here first
