Software Used to Trade Jack Hershey Methods

I recently started having an issue with the "Spydertrader PRV" function in Trade Navigator. Sometimes the volume pane will display such that the minimum volume is not zero. In other words, it truncates the lower portion of each volume bar at some arbitrary level. This problem only happens...

I just realized that this question has already been asked. I apologize for the repeat question. Unfortunately it's too late for me to delete my post.

Jack, Thanks for posting your annotated chart for 12/3. It was helpful to read your explanation of how you handled the CP4 incident (your boxes "1." and "2."). I have a question about your "accelerated FTT" which occurred on bar 4 of the day. Even if I shift for the opening gap, bar 2...

3-4-09 edit: thanks to all who posted charts - I just figured out why the morning up move ends at 1200, which allows me to remove my lateral and get rid of that nagging feeling that something wasn't right in that area.

Oops, I just realized I should have kept my lateral formation from 1025-1120 instead of changing it to the orange lateral ff traverse. That takes care of the fact that 1040 stays inside the olive ff RTL.

    Iterative Refinement

It's been a while since I've posted a chart. I tried to use Spydertrader's annotation conventions but at one point I had to resort to using dashed lines for my Gaussians because there were so many concurrent fractals. I was unable to attend the NYC meeting but I have already penciled Las...

If my sequences were incorrect, then I got lucky today. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! Thank you, Spydertrader and Jack Hershey.

    Iterative Refinement

Our holiday festivities won't begin for a few more hours yet, so I had some free time to annotate and trade this morning. I notice my sequencing doesn't match that of other charts posted recently. I missed two days of annotation while out of town, so yesterday I may have gotten out of sequence...

ehorn, I agree with the view in your attached chart, which shows that the whole day represents the first dominant traverse of a developing up channel. If I understood Spydertrader's following comment correctly, then the first dominant up traverse cannot end until both the accelerated orange...

    Iterative Refinement

Thank you for the help. The pink accelerated down channel's RTL is broken and the blue up traverse's P2 is formed at 1115 EST. But at this time, the original red down channel RTL has not been broken. Is it correct that we do not know at 1115 that the red RTL will be broken, since we could...

I still need to debrief. I'm not excited about my annotations for the first part of the day, with the accelerated CO traverse followed quickly by a fan. I probably missed something but the green, the gray and the maroon all look like valid ES-only traverses to me.

Great job, R/R - you beat me to the punch. I had similar thoughts to yours in regards to Spyder's riddle, and I was also concerned about the location of the down channel's P2. I've been trying to find a context such that the P2 at 1335 on 12/4/08 was not the "real" P2, and that the "real" down...
