Coming back to this, I found out about Replicanto which is an NT 3rd party extension that mirrors trades inside NT environment. Problem is, TT and CQG are no longer supported by NT.

Well I did, I have contacted many of them but most don't respond. So, I was planning to rely on someone's else experience and concentrate on the firms that are more open and actively looking for people. Any case, I recently found out that Bright accepts application from other countries too.
