BTW, can anyone tell me the author/book that discussed the strategy of trading "fallen angels"(stocks that have fallen about 90% from their all time high)?
By "best" I mean most liquid and have more options contracts (open interest)

I have heard an estimate of 2014, but why would it be such a major concern NOW if they are not at risk of defaulting until then? Is there anything more imminent?
