That is what a lot of folks do not get. They think that just because they are long term investors, that this won't affect them in the long run, well they are wrong. By any chance do you have a link to that Vanguard estimate?

Stupid question, probably already been asked so forgive me for bringing this up. But if for some horrible reason this damn tax gets passed, wouldn't that widen the Bid/Ask spreads to something like we saw prior to decimalization? Say if the tax is $10, that the spread on your average stock goes...

I think you're right. I remember Open ECry way back when they first started. Ironically enough, I never went to them because when I demo'd their account the platform kept crashing. This was almost 10 years ago, perhaps it's changed. How's Advantage working out for you?
