Does anyone know of a place to get a Forex trading platform comparison? I've have it with Oanda and I want to switch.

I must admit that when I stumbled upon www.etoro.com I was rather stunned by it. I installed it and at first I wondered whether this was a joke or actually a real Forex trading platform but I quickly realized that indeed it was. eToro lacks the technical analysis that most trading platforms...

First of all I had a few demo runs on it, they let you have 2000 "demo $" to practice with, and now I've decided to try real money. what exactly do you mean by "evidence of legitimacy"?

Surprisnigly enough it is, they let you open a trading account with your credit card. I've already gained 200% on the 50$ I placed there

Considering the fact that thousends of traders are trying each day to "know which one is going to win" I think it's a little too complicated to explain, but it does give some sense what exactly is Forex trading to someone who has never seen it before

I agree, but when trying and plan your moves, relying on gathered experience can be beneficial. look at physicists for example, they can't explain anything about quantum physics, but they have a theory that's consistant with what they see during experiments, so they pretend it's true...:D

naturallly, but when facing a decision I ( most of the times, I don't like losing money if that's the impression you got...) I prefer taking the risk of a loss rather than playing on the safe side. somewhat reasonable considering the fact we're dealing with a dunamic field like forex...

efficient market is indeed a theory, but as he said it relies on empiric experience gathered by hundreds of researchers worldwide.
