trade the market, not the money. one factor that may assist is to pay attention to average true range for your preferred time frame, and if that number is greater than $400 when you convert the range to dollars, you'll need to be patient and wait for a more accomodative setup for that risk limit.

MF Global has some excellent research & commentary, as does RCG. RCG provides Hightower & Informa, and MF Global provides text commentary, as well as audio commentary from the floor up to 5 or 6 times/day most days.

Cannot vouch for or against Mirus or Amp, but I can say that Ninja users who want the ultra-speedy and stable TT feed will receive excellent customer service at Manduca Trading.
