imo Esignal has the best charting for the price. Any decent platform will allow linking. Also, in regard to which platform is the best...for day-trading Anvil (Assent) or Lightspeed (Lightspeed) are by far the best. For institutional trading Redi-Plus is probably preferred, however nowadays...
