How do advisors using auto execute programs w/ brokerages get around the "No Statement should be construed as a recommendation to purchase or sell a security or provide investment advice." clause. Isn't the registration/regulation different if they are giving advice? Just curious.

I haven't used the Downloader for a while so perhaps I am mistaken, but I do not think you can filter like that with the downloader (unless you can import a list of tickers into the DL .. in that case you could do a scan for what you want). In my experience, trying to only download the stocks...

I think the latest version of Metastock (v. 8.0) has portfolio back testing now.
