sorry. nyse/amex/nasdaq stocks... most under $5... varying size extended hours limit orders.

This link says that limit orders can be entered at 3:30 am ET and the opening session begins at 4 am ET... yet i can't post orders before 8 am ET. I see orders out there before 8, so what's the deal? Anybody know? Am i correct in deciphering the link.. that orders can be posted starting...
