In my opinion, have some sort of home defense is a necessity in a lot of places. You can't just rely on police when someone is trying to break into your house. On other hand, training and practice is extremely important too! Too many people without proper training are owning and using guns.

That's kinda sad. Have you tried stuff like solo camping n stuff? Maybe if you remove social interactions from your traveling it's gonna make it more enjoyable :D

Biggest part is definitely short format in my opinion, but also there are this algorithm that keeps recommending you more and more of "similar" stuff, and since it's just 10 seconds - people keep watching it. It basically surrounds you with content "you're okay with" in a bite-sized format.
