If no much experience with these instruments I would recommend you to choose only 1 instrument and trade with it for awhile (2-6 months).
Expand later when knowledge and skills grows.

IB, AmiBroker (what an excellent peace of charting software and it is allmost free) and ButtonTrader.

Ah, I forgot I've done a tape reading program which I use to confirm things...
IB does not show every tick. They takes samples about 350ms frequency so there may be trades over/below the current IB delivered price data.
Also do not read the PING results because they do not show you the delays in the backend platforms and between the IB and the exchanges.
