    NG CL spread

The ratio got out to about 28 and is still at about 25. If it was so easy to convert from one to the other, the spread would have had a very hard time getting to this extreme. pickens is correct, we should be driving around in nat gas cars. but until this is the case, this spread shows that nat...

what is the opening time for crude

although the exchange has final say on margin, each clearing firm has their own rules. i would check with them about their intra-day margins. i don't know of any official margin changes due to the time of day. also, if you are close to margin in your account, it is possible that you were over...

    After hours energy???

The API usually leads to a knee-jerk reaction which at night with low volume can exaggerate the move. But is is not as 'important' as the DOE. Although, the DOE number usually does the same! It is typical that the DOE number creates a lot of movement and then the market goes back to where it...

    - NYMEX Crude Oil - Fri. May 29th -

there's so many people waiting for that $70 mark, it might not get there. however, moving above the 200 day MA might keep this rally going a little longer. who knows? that's why i like straddles :D

link to video on oil production

I just finished watching the whole, video. It’s from 2006, but there are some prophetic statements that started to happen last year between demand, price, and the stock market. It’s a bit long, and probably not much info you don’t already know, but it was interesting to watch.

Hire me, I´ll work for free...

I think the law states that you can only work for free (volunteer) if you are working for a non-profit. Or if you are an intern. I do not know the specifics of what defines an intern.
