    Ib is VERY bad for penny stocks (otc markets) They do not allow you to trade 90% of the shares They impose restrictive price caps for buy or sell stocks

    Yesteday I sold 77 shares - when I checked trade data, I see I saw the transaction twice Etrade buy my stocks and resell at same time ? Sometimes i buy stocks with etrade but broker dont send trade data to exchange (or send several hours later)
