It looks like they also distribute capital gains on the long ETFs. This adds to the dividend for the total distribution. You can see the exact amounts here:

Same thing is happening on DXD and DDM which track the DOW.
The Net Asset Value for DDM was 88.23 as of yesterday close and it is down over $4.00 on a 30 point DOW move?
DXD is also down with the DOW down and it should be going up.
Is somebody playing games or are Proshares in trouble?
Watching DDM and DXD this morning and see a big difference between the movements in these ETFs. The DDM is ultra long the DOW 30 and the DXD is untra short.
Right now with the DOW down about 60 points DDM is down $1.12 and DXD is only up by .32.
Why the big difference in movement?
Currently using a T60P and love it!!!
previously used a T20 and T30 and they were great as well. Very solid and well built and they have a super fast trackpoint (which I love) mouse as well as the touchpad (which I hate).
I sold over 80% of my long positions over the past few days. Within the last 15 minutes I have S-L-O-W-L-Y started adding back. So far I've reinvested about 10% and am prepared to continue buying if we go down some more next week.
I'm a baby boomer and yet I agree with you. The problem is that the baby boomers are organized and spend lobbying money thru the AARP to promote their interests.
That being said; I don't agree with what is being done. I actively lobby my congressmen both state and federal to stop government...
