jhucti - you need to check your IB trade panel. Intraday margin returned a few weeks ago for NQ, ES, YM, ER2 (before the transition) and just about everything except for oil futures.

For IB, you have select RUT, then TF for the 100 multiplier, TO for the 500 multiplier. You also have to subscribe to NYBOT trade permissions.
