I just don't think i'd be comfortable trading on a Mac. 90% of trading apps are PC native - why try to mix platforms when you could have a PC for trading and a mac for everything else?

I've always been surprised to learn that rich people in the states often buy a place just to level it and rebuild something new. Whats up with buying a place to live in, or buy clear land to build on?

10KW is not big as 3phase UPS go, the way the guys on this thread are going on. APC produce Megawatt power UPS. UPS do not hold their value well, and lead acid batteries have a finite lifetime so you will likely be able to pick up something for next to nothing if you contact some UPS...
