I was very sad to find out this week that as a US resident, despite being Qualified and Accredited, I cannot trade options on foreign exchanges, including index options on Eurex 50 Stoxx (SX5E). Pretty strange given that I am able to trade SX5E futures which are at least as risky as the options...
