I didn't find rules that would tell you will the price break the level or not. And it's impossible really, there are no any canons on the market. That's why we have to risk entering the market. But! It's in our hands to minimize risk and maximize gain!

TA doesn't differ "Overbought" from "Strong", IMHO. I'd say no matter if a stock Overbought or Strong, it's better to wait for a correction. To recognize the end of the correction - that's what every trader wishes to know! And that's the right time to enter the market, not when you see a rally.

It may produce many false signals especially during a trend. I would not recommend you to use MACD "as is" but in complex with other indicators and TA approaches.

I usually open several trades with different target profits. e.g: TP = 2% TP = 5% TP = 10% Then I'm using the following rules: 1. Use trailing stops. 2. Consider closing some trades when share is overbought/oversold 3. Consider closing some trades when share has reached strong s/r level.
