I've used fusion for a few years and find it to be really poor on charting. I use other softwares for charting and pretty much just use fusion to place trades. I'm guessing ur with WTS?

If you are getting over 90 on the practice tests then you should be fine. No need for rule numbers.

I believe so but I don't use tick so cant say for sure. A stable platform but I would say that fusion charts are not very robust.
