also, if you meant by "add liquidity" like get a rebate by getting hit/lifted... none that i know of
With some of the brokers that are running ecn-style platforms (e.g. oanda) it is benificial to put up orders, so you can get the best price, but you get no rebate whatsoever.
the dealer provides liquidity in CFD products. they are making the market.. and also your broker, which creates a potentially dangerous contradiction most traders with enough capital don't want to mess with.
so, in other words, there is as much as liquidity as you can get with your capital...
a sales rep i met in a bar for one of the large otc forex dealers told me they were about to launch CFD products for some CME Products in America.

I just watch an interview on bloomberg tv of (spelling?) westwood capital's dan alpert,
in which he had a great chart which he attributed to a recent report by (someone?) along with Alan Greenspan
Was showing how homeowners equity loans as a % of people's disposable income has trended up...
best 'newspaper' i have ever read so far in my life. i at least skim it every week. trade ideas? well that is a relative term... for sure a lot of information in there or in other early reporting secondary sources like NPR that you could start to engineer some trade ideas on
i feel compelled to add to my own post here, for anyone looking to learn more about how the markets IN GENERAL really work, in very specific detail... I think this adds a lot to most styles of trading
