Those stocks are the perfect way to put your money into their pockets. Few sensational news and some payd traders trying to pump the price. Same history all over the years. Get away from those companies as an investmen. Those are only suitable for scalping.

Actually, why are you going to take those exams? there is no need to do so in order to "manage" some accounts. You can contact many props where you can trade without exams, same for brokers. Have you asked the broker if they could replicate your account trades on other accounts?. I don´t know...
