    Losing All Your Possesions

I wish I could have done better. It seems that your wife needs status. In my searching just now it seems that this is common in women. This is a matter for a good marriage counselor. This probably will not work. Doing nothing will certainly not work...

    Losing All Your Possesions

Reminds me of a joke my Mom told me recently. ************************************************* There was a man who had worked all his life, had saved all of his money, and was a real “miser” when it came to his money. Just before he died, he said to his wife…”When I die, I want...

    Losing All Your Possesions

You are correct. Perhaps this is much like a trader that takes a few days off from trading when things are going badly, to preserve capital. (The time can also be used to calm down, re-think, etc.)

    Losing All Your Possesions

(You don't own that either.) We can't take anything with us. No matter how much wealth you/I accumulate, it all goes back. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- 17 So I hated life, because the work that is done under the sun was grievous to...

How composed are you when you took big loss?

Some people (not necessarily you) think they can day trade with that rule. So they put on multiple trades in a single day. This can't be good.

    Losing All Your Possesions

In the game of trading, and life, and the part of life that we use to trade with, things don't always go as well as we hope. ----------------------------------------------------------------------- "Peak Performance" is an episode from the second season of Star Trek: The Next...

How composed are you when you took big loss?

(A 'big loss' means different things to different people.) Being too composed, especially after a string of big losses is a bad sign. There is an obvious problem yet the trader is totally unconcerned. I don't think this is common however.

how do we know credit freeze is over?

I was just looking into this matter on Sunday. Thanks. ...the TED spread is now calculated as the difference between the three-month T-bill interest rate and three-month LIBOR. TED is an acronym formed from T-Bill and ED, the ticker symbol for the Eurodollar futures contract. The size of...

    Ninja Trader vs Multicharts

There was a lot about computer time here. I don't know if you saw it or not. (I'm not saying you're wrong.) Thread title: Why is IB's time 5 seconds behind the official time? One of many posts: I can tell you the IB time is pretty accurate (a few seconds off is possible though). So...

    DOW wont break 7500 support

If these were normal times there would be strong support at about 7200 (according to your chart). There was supposed to be strong support at 10,000. The market went through that like it wasn't there. I haven't checked out too many threads here today, but I'm sure many have posted about...
