hi does anyone know a scanner can scan past 5 min 10 min price change and rank top gainer loser I tried yahoo real time screener but seems not working

I am not usa based and like to open account with a us broker do I need receipt from them after deposit fund ? also do I need printed statement from them ? I ask this because I contacted spic they said during claim need those documents anyone know this please advise
