Hi, I'm with IB now. Sometimes a limit order is only partially filled a couple of shares, but it sill cost $1.00. How do I setup a minimum execution shares for an order? For example, I want it be at least 100 or none.

Although it said that the ETN would not eligible for portfolio margin and would be removed between the week of May 19th. But till now (May 26), XIV, VXX, TVIX are still offset each other. I'm with IB. Anybody knows how or when that rule will be implemented? I hope FINRA has changed its mind.
