its all about your strategy/goals/risk tolerance if your picking high growth stocks, I would never cap them, as you need the few breakouts to pay for some of the losers... if your trading index like spy, a 20% move in the next two years is inside the 1SD... now if your focusing on stocks like...

I just die laughing when I see people come out to share their awesome strategy, for a small fee ( or free) I wish the hedge fund traders making great returns with controlled risk would share, oh wait... they dont want to share because it would kill their edge??? just something to think...

it had nothing to do with pattern day trading, I was looking to get portfolio margin, and was told by a few firms that since I am Canadian I cant... so was thinking of becoming an american LLC...

careful with battlefin, they dont mention it on the site, but in order to get any benefit, you need to be subscribing to their 1500USD per month service.

I dont hide them, they are on my charts, so I can see them. them not appearing as a pending order is a choice of mine, and in my opinion does not harm my trading.

Just added a short on SOYBNUSD (soyabean CFD futures). Since I am still not sure was the pip value on these, or margin, I am going lightly, using the minimum size of 0.01. Initial target is around the 9.30 level
