In regards to trade zero I am a relatively new trader so I'm unsure if this is normal but the platform seems to refresh at random intervals which appear to happen every 5 10 mins leaving my charts, level 2 and time and sales blank for anything from 2 to 30 seconds. This alone would be annoying...
