For the last two years there's been rumbles of higher interest rates,has the time finally come to short longer term treasury and corporate bonds?

No,I'm saying that natural disasters highlight the fact that our planet is becoming too populated,and this over population is the main reason for our economicand enviromental problems.

What is starting to concern me more is that "Mother Nature" has started to increase the problems. Or at least it appears to me that there are more earthquakes, tsunamis, volcano eruptions, mudslides, hurricanes, tornadoes, lack of potable water, etc I don't think there are more frequent...
