Probably a good expectation. If you had an edge, I doubt you'd be telling people about it either. I don't expect the really successful Swifties to divulge their edge to me, just as I wouldn't divulge my edge to anybody else.

This place never ceases to make me laugh my balls off. When people aren't talking about how Swift is the worst firm in the world, or saying that the traders are like chimps on a keyboard, they're making posts like this, with what I'm sure is supposed to come off as a sage warning, but really...

Anybody who fails the CSC at all REALLY shouldn't be working in any job where they're responsible for the wealth/assets/etc of others. Give a high school kid the materials required, and he could pass that test with 2 weeks of studying.

I wrote it after studying for less than 10 hours on both sections combined.... Got it no problem. The weighting of each section is available on the website, along with practice questions. Go through the practice questions 3 or 4 times, see what areas you're having trouble w/ and skim them...

Seems to me that as long as the traders in the branch are doing well, it doesn't really matter how the manager did in his trading days... But then again, that's just that common sense thing kickin in....

I hear your interview will go a LOT better if you bring in pizza for the full timers at that branch....
