No idea whether we will or make new all time highs. Important thing is to be prepared for each trading day and trade what you see. If you are a swing trader, you need to know where your stop out points are. Keep the risk in check.

Agree with xandman. Often ECN's will advertise how much trading volume they do on a daily basis to attract institutions and trading firms to trade more through their routes.
