After thorough testing today, my SPX and Dow Quarterly A down levels held and price closed above. What a day. Still need follow-through to believe they held.

Since markets are closed Monday I believe that quote includes Friday's losses. Still down tonight, but not quite that much

My Quarterly A down was hit and held Friday for the Naz and RUT. I also had successful tests on Banks, Biotech, Semis and Miners. The S&P and Dow are just a little lower. I didn't buy these tests ahead of a long weekend but will watch to see if we've come down far enough for at least a decent...

If my A confirms I add (or subtract for a short) the value of my A to the confirmed price level to set a new target. I find that A, 2A, 3A etc works well if prices are strongly trending.

Agreed, the monthly A down will be a challenge if it gets that far. It has confirmed my daily and weekly A up levels.

SMH up like a rocket this morning.

Granted SMH would be a contrarian play, it's certainly among the weakest of the sector's. I'm just now expanding out to the sector ETF's so will watch with interest.

The Semi's have been very weak recently, but SMH tested and held the quarterly today at 29.60. There may now be potential for longs in this sector.

GLD failed the weekly A up at 154.39 and just hit the weekly A down of 150.83
