I would avoid optionsXpress. I have had problems with the Xtend platform - particularly in order modification and cancellation when the markets are moving and there's alot of volume. It's been such a problem that I'm hiring legal counsel.

Don't be discouraged - if you are still interested in the grains you might want to try oats or rice - they have low margin requirements and they don't have the wild swings that wheat and soybeans have - good luck

I saw a quote on Bloomberg this afternoon that showed CBOT Wheat futures down 118 to 945. It closed limit up yesterday - and the markets are closed today. So this doesn't make sense to me - I am new to futures trading, so any help would be appreciated - Thanks
