I would agree with your regarding Hong Kong. But at the some extend that is a part of China and one day everything could change. So I assume you need to keep that in mind when apply for HK.
Hmm..I'm quite new to the forex and have been looking for the broker to start with. Did you mean this broker: http://alpari.com/? I have been considering them as the one to start with and just need to make sure they are not going to close or become part of another broker.
In an a few words. Buy something in right time and then sell it in right time. To do that you need to have knowledge, information, news, trends, indicators etc...
Are you talking about this forum? I'm quite new to this, but I have to say that sometimes that happened. That could be because of several reasons. Sometimes site and Data Base are hosted on different servers.
I think that in such situation always useful to get in touch with your broker and ask about this directly. In this situation I believe you will be able to get the best answer.
