just wondering
how much money is made when a lender or mortgage banker funds a loan , and then immediately sells it in the secondary mortgage market ? do they make like a point or something when selling to the secondary market ?
i figured someone on ET must have been in the banking...
based on the firms economic placement now in florida one would entertain the thought by doing it in time. show them that being an investment analysis perception would be a thought of mind to them of what they look for now.

2 agents = 15k/15k
agents split with their broker = 7.5k each
so that 30k just shrunk down to 7.5k
yea the seller still pays the same amount, but that agent sure isnt seeing close to that...
The reality : 6% of sales price ...
usually split between listing agent and selling agent, 3% / 3%
3% to agent, then split between agent and his broker, 1.5% / 1.5%
1.5% of sales price, (30% of that goes to taxes) = not alot
