Overall it is ok if you're not a daytrader. They are typically fast at resolving troubles. Platform has been a pain since the upgrades started.

I'm reading her book and she mentions to place an order "5-10 ticks" from a high or low. What is 5-10 ticks? I know what a tick is but what does she mean by it?

mine has 298 pages. including cover. last page blank. previous page has a definition of upthrust.
