Unions, OSHA, EPA, State Wildlife agencies, etc. etc. etc. owe their existence to a genuine need. But those that run the organization quickly change the focus onto themselves. Just human nature. Not much you can do about it except be ever vigilant and think out your actions carefully.

Okay, that video is just creepy. You'd think with the billions the union mafiosos, I mean bosses, are pocketing, they'd spend a little more on trying to make the union look good. Then again, nobody is going to argue with them or they'll get a visit from the guy selling concrete shoes.
