Bank safety ratings can be checked out (free) at weissratings.com and for a small fee they will send you a comprehensive report. TNCC has been recently downgraded :( so you might want to keep a watchful eye on them as their rating is one of the worst I have seen. :

I attended the ProTrader series in July'07; the 2 manuals that came with the course are excellent and HAVE up-to-date Level II (decimalization). OTA used TerraNova (TNFG) as its platform back in '07, but has now switched to TradeStation (TRAD); which is why I will be repeating the course...

ha! they rolled out their new DirectPro today. Version 6.7, only to retreat back to v6.6... and, now v6.6 is not reliable... can't in a trailing stop to save my life! SO I call customer service to have them put it in. But they can't! So I "STOP TRADING."
