The difference between a good short sale on the nyse and naz is that with nyse you need an uptick with nasdaq you need a higher bid

Has Bright changed their business model?

I did get a short stock rebate at bright last month. Is the $100,000 minimum on short stock positions(in order to get the rebate) new? The web site refers to a commission rebate not a short stock rebate.
